BOSCH TÜRKİYE İÇ VE DIŞ İLETİŞİM FAALİYETLERİ KAPSAMINDA KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN İŞLENMESİNE İLİŞKİN AYDINLATMA METNİ

Bosch Termoteknik Isıtma ve Klima Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Bosch” veya “Şirket”) olarak 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında veri sorumlusu sıfatını haiz olan Şirketimizin KVKK’nın 10’uncu maddesinden doğan aydınlatma yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmek üzere kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine ilişkin aşağıdaki açıklamalarımız bilginize sunulmaktadır. İstisnalar, işbu aydınlatma metninde ayrıca belirtilmiştir.

1. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler, İşlenme Amacı, ve Hukuki Sebebi

Veri sorumlusu sıfatını haiz Bosch tarafından, Bosch’un marka bilinirliğinin artırılması ve işveren markası iletişimini güçlendirmek amacıyla sınırlı olmak üzere;

• Fotoğraf ve video kaydınız ile,
• Röportaj esnasında belirtebileceğiniz diğer kişisel verilerinizi,

KVKK madde 5/1 “açık rıza” hukuki sebebi uyarınca onayınız olması halinde işleyecektir.

2. İşlenme Yöntemi

Paylaşmış olduğunuz bu bilgiler göndereceğiniz e-postalar ve diğer iletişim kanalları aracılığı ile otomatik yollarla elektronik olarak toplanacak ve işlenecektir.

3. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması

3.1 Yurt İçi Aktarımlar

Kişisel verileriniz, KVKK’nın 8 maddesine uygun olarak;

• Anlaşmalı tedarikçilerimizle, fotoğraf ve video kayıtlarında düzenlemeler yapılabilmesi, etkinlik ve organizasyon süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, sosyal medya hesap yönetiminin yapılabilmesi amacıyla, KVKK madde 5/2-f “veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatinin zorunlu olması” hukuki sebebi kapsamında,
• İhtiyaç halinde basın yayın kuruluşları ile, marka bilinirliğinin artırılması amacıyla, KVKK madde 5/2-f hukuki sebebi kapsamında,
• Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları, mahkemeler ve avukatlar ile, olası hukuki uyuşmazlık durumlarında Bosch’un haklarını savunabilmek amacıyla 5/2-ç „Bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması“ hukuki sebebi kapsamında paylaşılacaktır.

3.2 Yurt Dışı Aktarımlar

Kişisel verileriniz, KVKK’nın 9. maddesine uygun olarak;

• Şirketimize verilen izin doğrultusunda Robert Bosch GmbH ile, Bosch’un marka bilinirliğinin arttırılması ve şirket içi iletişim faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi amacıyla "Yeterli korumayı sağlayacak hükümlerin yer aldığı yazılı bir taahhütnamenin varlığı ve Kurul tarafından aktarıma izin verilmesi” hukuki sebebi kapsamında, ve
• Yurt dışında mukim Meta Platforms Inc., X Corp., LinkedIn Corporation ve Google International LLC ile Bosch’un Instagram, X, Spotify, Facebook, Youtube ve Linkedln, hesaplarında paylaşım yapılması amacıyla paylaşılacaktır. İlgili platformların her biri, işlenen verileriniz yönünden veri sorumlusu sıfatını haiz olup, kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine ilişkin detaylar için ilgili platformların aydınlatma metnini inceleyebilirsiniz.
  

4. Haklarınız ve İletişim Bilgilerimiz

KVKK madde 11 uyarınca, Bosch’a başvurarak kişisel verileriniz hakkında bilgi edinme hakkına sahipsiniz. DATA PROTECTION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WITHIN THE SCOPE OF BOSCH TÜRKIYE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES

As Bosch Termoteknik Isıtma ve Klima Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. (“Bosch” or “Company”) we have the title of data controller within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“PDPL”). To fulfil our Company’s obligation to inform stemming from Article 10 of PDPL we hereby present our explanations about the processing and protection of your personal data. Exceptions are specified separately in this data protection notice.

1. Processed Personal Data, Purpose of Processing, Processing Method and Legal Basis

Limited to the purpose of increasing Bosch's brand awareness and strengthening employer brand communication by Bosch, which has the title of data controller, it will process

• Your photograph, video recordings and;
• Other personal data you may provide during the inreview,

in case of your consent in accordance with Article 5/1 "explicit consent" of the legal basis of PDPL.

2. Processing Method

The information you share will be collected and processed electronically by automatic means through the e-mails you send and other communication channels.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

3.1 Domestic Transfers

Your personal data will be transferred in accordance with Articles 8 of the PDPL;

• With our contracted suppliers, in order to make arrangements in photo and video recordings, to carry out event and organization processes, to manage social media accounts, within the scope of the legal reason of Article 5/2-f of the PDPL "the legitimate interest of the data controller is mandatory",

• In case of need, with the press and media organizations, in order to increase brand awareness, within the scope of Article 5/2-f legal reason of PDPL,

• With authorized public institutions and organizations, courts and lawyers, in order to defend Bosch's rights in case of possible legal disputes, within the scope of Article 5/2-ç of the PDPL “It is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject“

3.2 Abroad Transfers

• With Robert Bosch GmbH in line with the authorization granted to our Company, for the purpose of increasing Bosch's brand awareness and conducting internal communication activities, within the scope of the legal basis “Existence of a written undertaking containing provisions to ensure adequate protection and authorization of the transfer by the Board”, and

• To Meta Platforms Inc., X Corp., LinkedIn Corporation and Google International LLC located abroad for sharing on Bosch's Instagram, X, Spotify, Facebook, Youtube and LinkedIn accounts. Each of the relevant platforms has the title of data controller in terms of your processed data, and you can review the clarification text of the relevant platforms for details regarding the processing of your personal data.
