Response Timing and Format
We respond to all verifiable consumer requests within thirty (30) days or sooner when required by law. In some cases, more time may be needed to provide a response. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verified consumer request, unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. Statement Regarding Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act
Bosch supports the overall objective of Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Section 1502 is designed to require certain publicly traded companies to disclose their use of conflict minerals that originate in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or an adjoining country.
As a privately held company, Bosch is working with its customers and suppliers to ensure compliance throughout the supply chain. Bosch has been in business more than 125 years and throughout that time has based its business on solid values and principles.
