EasyAir App Integration

All serial numbers of registrable products can be scanned via the Bosch EasyAir app for quick and easy job site product registration. The App enables multiple employees within a company to register products on the go, all funneling into the company's Home Comfort PRO account.

All products are registrable on the EasyAir App. Registrations will be seamlessly transferred into your Home Comfort PRO account, so that you can review, download certificates, and earn points with each registration in the Partner Shop.

What is the Bosch Home Comfort PRO Program?

The Bosch PRO Partner Program is an elite program offered to contracting companies installing Bosch equipment. Bosch Home Comfort Pros are the premium class of Bosch installers. The program is designed to provide resources, support, and rewards to simplify doing business with Bosch as a contractor.

Is the ABC Program different from the Bosch Home Comfort Program?

The ABC Program is the predecessor to the Bosch Home Comfort Program. The Bosch Home comfort Program is a new and improved program, with a new name. But don’t worry, any contractors who were registering products on the ABC website will have all their company info, product registration history, and point balance transferred over to the Bosch Home Comfort Program. In the ABC program, 1 point was worth .1 of a dollar. In the Home Comfort Program, 1 point is worth 1 dollar. So, despite point balance dropping in the Bosch Home Comfort Program, the dollar value is the same.

We have also transferred Company info and product registration data for any companies who were still using www.boschprohvac.com to register equipment. ABC and Boschpro contractors should follow the same onboarding steps to activate their Home Comfort PRO accounts.

Do I need a customer number?

Only dealers who had an account with the Bosch ABC program, which was discontinued in 2023, would have a customer number. All other dealers should ignore the request for a customer number, and click the button that says "Register Now".

A customer number will be automatically assigned to new dealers upon account approval. Users on a mobile device may need to scroll further down in order to see the register now button. If you were an old ABC dealer who had product registration data from 2023 and you don't know your customer number, please go to https://bosch-us-home.thernovo.com/contact to request it.

I entered my Customer Number and Zip code; why did I not receive an email?

If you are an existing ABC / Boschpro contractor and there is no follow up after you go through company validation, this means your company account was associated with a different email address. If there were multiple employees from your company underneath your company's ABC account, these emails could have gone to them. If nobody from your company received an email, that means the primary account holder role on your ABC account belonged to an email address that is no longer in use. Please contact customer support to have this updated.

What is SingleKey ID and where can I use it?

SingleKey ID is a single sign on service so users can use the same email & password across Bosch websites. For Bosch Home Comfort North America, it is currently active on Partner Portal, EasyAir App, and eAcademy.

What do I need to do to be a Bosch Home Comfort Pro?

  • Maintain legal licensing to install and/or service products in your area, and provide Bosch a copy during onboarding (if required in area)
  • Register all products via the partner portal website within 90 working days
  • Meet minimum annual turnover requirement for Home Comfort PRO status. The requirement is $50,000, and is determined by our List Price per registered product. You may download a document which describes list price per product on the product registration page within partner portal. “Registerable products .pdf”
  • Maintain professionalism, excellence, and quality of work
  • Contractor must have $1,000,000.000 in liability insurance and be able to provide Bosch a copy during onboarding
  • Respond to all sales leads from the Bosch Dealer Locator within one business day
  • Contractor must support their installation for 1 year

How do program benefits work?

There are three different status levels as a Home Comfort PRO contractor: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Your benefits will vary based on this status level. Each eligible product registration will earn points into the company’s account. One point is equivalent to one dollar. Silver contractors will earn 5 points, Gold contractors will earn 10 points, and Platinum contractors will earn 15 points. These points can be used in the Partnershop for Apparel, Gear, Gift Cards, Marketing Material, and Literature.

How do I improve status level?

Status level is defined by your annual Turnover. Each part # has a list price associated with it. The part # is the last section of the serial #, it is generally 10 digits, but some of our products have a 7-digit part number. This is a public price and does not carry any significance for wholesaler & dealer pricing. You can view your current level & progress to the next level in the “tier level” tile on your dashboard. The range of annual turnover per tier is as follows:

  • Home Comfort PRO Silver: $50,000 - $499,999.99 Annual Turnover
  • Home Comfort PRO Gold: $500,000 - $999,999.99 Annual Turnover
  • Home Comfort PRO Platinum: > $1M Annual Turnover

Why can’t I place an order in the Partnershop?

The Partnershop is available to Home Comfort PRO contractors only. This means your company must register the minimum of $50,000.00 turnover and become Home Comfort PRO Silver before having access to the store. Once you have access, you must submit your tax info through the documents & downloads tile before placing any orders through the Partnershop (US companies only). We need your tax info so we can issue a 1099 at the end of the year.

How come my registered products didn’t earn points?

When you first sign up for partner portal, you do not reach the status of a Home Comfort PRO until you register the minimum of $50,000.00 turnover and become Home Comfort PRO Silver. Any of the products you registered before reaching Home Comfort PRO status will not earn points- but as soon as you register the minimum turnover requirements, you will start earning points on product registration.

Who is eligible to enroll in Customer Leads from Bosch?

Home Comfort PROs in Gold and Platinum tiers are eligible to enroll, as well as selected Silver members.

Where is the lead service available?

The lead service is currently only available in MA, NH, VT, CT, RI, NY, and PA. Stay tuned for future updates as we plan to expand the program to additional states in 2025.

What are the conditions for receiving leads from Bosch?

Contractors must adhere to the terms and conditions of the Partner Portal and Home Comfort PRO program.

How are Customer Leads matched to contractors?

Leads are matched based on the technology a customer is inquiring about and if their location is within your set working area.

How are Customer Leads distributed?

Leads are distributed evenly. For example, a new lead will be first sent to the contractors in that area with the least number of received leads.

How long do I have to respond to a new lead?

48 hours (excluding weekends) or until 2 other contractors have accepted the lead.

Can I opt out of receiving leads for a specific time frame? Vacation, fully booked, etc.

Yes, there is a “vacation function” available from the leads setting page.

Why should I provide feedback on a lead?

Providing feedback on a lead whether it resulted in a sale or not allows us to improve our filters and ensure we can deliver high quality leads.
