Air Purifiers Maintenance Information

Safety Notice - Please ensure that you have turned off the air purifier and unplugged it from the power outlet prior to commencing maintenance.

Detailed instructions on how to conduct the maintenance steps below are provided in the manual that came with your air purifier and must be referred to prior to engaging in any work. If you no longer have a printed copy of the manual, a digital version can be downloaded from this page.

Maintenance Requirements

Weekly

• Using a slightly damp cloth, wipe the exterior of the air purifier.
• Switch to a dry soft cloth to clean both the interior and the exterior of the air purifier.

Monthly

• Clean the particle sensor with a damp cotton swab, and then switch to a dry cotton swab to dry it.
• Clean the internal air filter media.

Replacing The Internal Filter

• The air purifier has an indicator on the digital display that shows the overall life of the replaceable filter. Over time the bar on the indicator will decrease until eventually it hits zero.
• The filter must be replaced with a new one before the indicator drops to zero. See below for replaceable filter part numbers.
