The furnace uses a two-stage gas valve that switches between high and low fire operation, allowing the system to provide steady comfort while operating more efficiently than a single-stage furnace.

Bosch offers a complete dual fuel heating and cooling system designed to maximize comfort and efficiency. In the summer, the Bosch IDS system efficiently cools and dehumidifies the home. In colder months, the system senses when it is more economical for the heat pump to shut off and for the Bosch BGH97 Gas Furnace to take over. This matched dual fuel system ensures consistent comfort year-round.

Residential Limited Warranty*

• Replacement parts protection for up to 5 years and 20 years on the primary and secondary heat exchangers*. This offering covers all components incorporated into the unit at the time of manufacture. All other components or parts that are purchased from Bosch and installed in the field have a 1-year parts warranty.
• *Warranty is upgraded to 10 years on parts and limited lifetime on heat exchangers if the unit is properly registered within 60 days of installation. See warranty document for detailed terms and conditions.
