IDS Edge expands the Bosch Inverter Ducted Split family with a compact outdoor platform built on VRF-based technology suitable for wide range of residential applications. Available in both Edge and Edge Max configurations, IDS Edge delivers efficient, dependable heating and cooling, including cold-climate performance systems. For single-zone installations, IDS Edge pairs with existing IDS Premium air handlers, cased coils, and furnaces. For multi-zone applications, the VRF-based platform supports a range of compatible ducted and ductless indoor options, while keeping system design and installation straightforward. The system’s inverter-driven operation, compact outdoor design, and R-454B refrigerant make it a future-ready solution for retrofit and new construction projects alike.
