The IDS Premium Connected 20 SEER System connects wirelessly to the Bosch EasyAir app, an interactive platform for contractors and homeowners. Bosch EasyAir enables in-app product registration and simplifies installation and troubleshooting for contractors. Homeowners can use the app to monitor their energy usage and receive critical alerts, as well as contact their contractor for maintenance and repairs. This system combines our BOVB20 outdoor unit with our BVA20 air handler.

Premium Efficiency and High Performance

• Delivering a premium 20-plus SEER energy efficiency, the IDS Premium Connected operates at whisper quiet sound levels as low as 56 dBA. The fully modulating inverter compressor offers 36 percent to 130 percent capacity with modulation in 1 percent increments. This capability allows the IDS Premium Connected to precisely match the heating and cooling load while achieving maximum efficiency.
• This system also has a heating seasonal performance rating of 10.5 and can provide heating even when outdoor temperatures drop as low as -4° F (-20°C). The accompanying air handler includes a two-stage x13 electronically commutated motor blower for enhanced humidity control and an all-aluminum coil for superior corrosion resistance. The IDS Premium Connected outdoor unit is available in 36k BTU and 60k BTU capacity.

• For contractors, the Bosch EasyAir app is your one-stop shop for troubleshooting the IDS Premium Connected. With just a few swipes on your phone, you can easily access information about installation, warranty registration, and how to monitor the unit remotely.
• Remote Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor the heat pump’s health and visualize real time alerts remotely. View fault codes, live check point values and calculate superheat and subcool values that will help in troubleshooting faults quickly.
