The Bosch BMAT Multi-Position Evaporator Cased Coil delivers dependable cooling performance in a space-saving package. Available in sizes from 1.5 to 5 tons, the BMAT has a compact 21.5-inch depth that makes it easier to fit into closets, attics, and other tight installation spaces. It uses R-454B refrigerant, meeting low-global warming potential (Low-GWP) requirements, and includes an integrated refrigerant detection system.
Easy, Flexible Install
The BMAT is engineered as part of a matched system with Bosch SCS air conditioners and the Bosch BGK80A gas furnace, balancing airflow and thermal performance across the home’s heating and cooling equipment. Its multi-position design supports upflow, downflow, and horizontal installations, and features such as a factory-installed TXV and integrated duct flanges help simplify setup in the field.
