Safety Notice - Please ensure that you have turned off the air purifier and unplugged it from the power outlet prior to commencing maintenance.
Detailed instructions on how to conduct the maintenance steps below are provided in the manual that came with your air purifier and must be referred to prior to engaging in any work.

Maintenance Requirements
Weekly
- Using a slightly damp cloth, wipe the exterior of the air purifier.
- Switch to a dry soft cloth to clean both the interior and the exterior of the air purifier.
Monthly
- Clean the internal air filter media.
Replacing The Internal Filter
- The air purifier has an indicator on the digital display that shows the overall life of the replaceable filter. Over time the bar on the indicator will decrease until eventually it hits zero.
- The filter must be replaced with a new one before the indicator drops to zero. Check out the Where to Buy section at the bottom of the Bosch Air Purifier Replacement Filters page to find a list of retailers.

- Clean the particle sensor with a damp cotton swab, and then switch to a dry cotton swab to dry it.
- Clean the internal air filter media.

Maintenance Requirements
Weekly
- Using a slightly damp oil-free soft cloth, wipe the exterior of the dehumidifier. Ensure that no water drips enter the controls area.
- Switch to a fresh soft cloth and dry the exterior.
- Remove and clean the air intake filter. If you find that it's not dirty after a week, you can check and clean it monthly instead.
Monthly
- Clean the removeable air intake filter.
- Clean the removeable condensate collector bucket. As this is a moist area it's possible that mold and mildew could form, so we recommend removing the bucket and cleaning it with warm water and a mild detergent soap regularly.
